This lithograph was inspired by the indies film ''Fished Out: The Truth Behind Lionfish Addiction'' (2013). In an attempt to expose a deadly underground drug addiction in the Caribbean, the documentary follows one user through his progressive downfall of using lionfish spines as an injection drug - containing a poisonous venom a hundred times more potent with synthetic heroin. The film contains interviews with the area's colorful characters, while aiming to bring awareness to the lionfish addiction epidemic.
